Summary/Abstract: Through this communication we aim to highlight some of the defining elements of an effective diplomacy, in general, but also with regards to Romanian diplomats, of exception, which were remark themselves through their art almost a century ago, fact for that, we, which are present at this conference, we consider an honour and a duty to venerate them with all our esteem and respect.
