Summary/Abstract: Bulgaria is a country with long-standing traditions in the production and export of wine. From the 1990s to the present day, up to 80% of the wine produced in the country is exported. Bottled wine accounts for the largest relative share of total exported quantities. The purpose of the report is to identify some trends in the sector's development in the country on the basis of a common characteristic of the world wine market and analysis of trends related to the exported quantities of bottled wine from Bulgaria. The analysis is based on secondary data and covers the period 2007-2017.
