Summary/Abstract: Sustainable economy development is also directly related to energy consumption and energy costs. In the conditions of constantly rising energy prices on the one hand and on the other hand climate change obliges us as a society to take measures to increase energy efficiency and the share of renewable energy sources. The subject of this report is to put the results of a study on the management of energy flows in a small winery. The cellar has a processing capacity of 30,000 kg. grapes per year. The topic is particularly relevant and the government of Bulgaria and the European Union have set targets for reducing emissions. The goals include not only large energy companies but end users as small businesses and even families.
