Summary/Abstract: The labor legislation regulates two mechanisms for termination of the employment relationship as a result of the common will of the parties: by mutual consent (Art. 325, Para 1, it. 1 LC) and on the employer’s initiative against agreed compensation (Art. 331 LC). The aim of the study is to reveal the differences between these two mechanisms and to answer the question whether they are reasonable.
