Summary/Abstract: The scientific paper first explains the concept of strategy and its scientific value.We explains in the article the importance of strategy, and the role of strategy in achieving development perspectives within the entrepreneurial activity. The basic issue of the research is the managial relations. The subject of the study is the systems that manage and are managed. In the article, strategic management is presented as a system of social and economic activity of the enterprise. We explane our thinking on strategic management as the basis of the long-term objectives in the organizations. Because it is impossible to imagine purposeful activity without management. Management provides planning, organizing, implementation of the activity, controlling, ensuring the elimination of existing problems in the enterprises. Strategic management explores, analyzes, evaluates, and so on.
