Summary/Abstract: The certain range of material and organizational goods, existentially indispensable to the individuals are reason to be objects of legal regulation. These goods are distributed according to the principle of „each one's own“, as law measures the limits of the permissible power over the good. This measurement has its own peculiarities when it comes to the study of labor as a benefit.
