Summary/Abstract: The legislator is not fully consistent in the implementation of the generally outlined employment policy towards people with disabilities. Acting more or less consciously, he has maintained constructions reflecting the previous perception of the role and place of disabled people in the labour market. The aim of this study is to draw attention to those selected legal measures that do not fully harmonize with the contemporary employment policy of people with disabilities.
