The temporary work agency as an entity implementing employment policy tasks

Summary/Abstract: Tasks of social policy aimed at achieving goals set by it are implemented by various mechanisms that are fulfilled by individual entities functioning in the legal reality. One of such entities are temporary work agencies. This publication presents the scope of temporary employment agencies’ implementation of social policy tasks, with particular emphasis on employment policy. The analysis carried out proves that temporary work agencies implement social policy tasks in many aspects, particularly on the ground of economic development and satisfying the needs of citizens. In this latter aspect, this applies to both material and psychological needs. The text has been embedded in the publications of Professor Wacław Szubert.
