Summary/Abstract: This article deals with the analysis of temporary work, especially the changes introduced in it, the possibility of temporary employment agency directing on the basis of a civil law contract to perform temporary work at the user’s employer, a person who is not an agency worker. The analysis was carried out in terms of the fact that temporary work is one of the instruments of social policy, which aims to eliminate the phenomenon of unemployment and replacing employment contracts with civil-law contracts.
