Summary/Abstract: The research is to assess the role of insurance companies operating in the commercial insurance market in the Czech Republic in dealing with the impact of natural disasters especially in the region of Moravia. Using statistical data from the Czech Insurance Association point to help the injured insurance clients in resolving claims. It also noted reports on the handling of claims by individual risk and cost of claims.
