Summary/Abstract: When we are talking about a regional security, the protection of a critical infrastructure is an inseparable part of it. The infrastructure contains these vital objects, systems and facilities, which are essential for the normal functioning of individual countries. For the purpose of this report, the author will consider only a critical infrastructure, that could be have negative effect for more than one country in a fixed region.
