Summary/Abstract: Continuous education of employees, their further development and overall organisational development are mutually interconnected processes. Increase in effectiveness of organisation through increase in the quality of employees will also reflect positively in importance of the region where the company operates. Within two researches (2010 and 2011) focused on identifying the level of human resources management, we were finding out to what extent organisations operating in individual Slovak regions realize this fact, and how their approach towards education of employees changes with regard to changes proceeding in the company.
