Summary/Abstract: The paper shows some results of the second part of research. The text points on the human resources and their influence on regional development. First part represents the structure of unemployed members. The analysis of interaction between labour supply and labour demand is presented in next part of the paper. The indicator of the interaction between labour supply and demand is the number of vacancies per unemployed by profession. Recommendations for regional education politics are expressed in conclusion as the specifications of the next phase of the research.
