Summary/Abstract: Having discussed the concept of liberal neo-newspeak which is (as the Orwell’s newspeak) characterized by reversing and blurring semantics, the author describes a role of language in the mechanism of human objectification, in particular the aspect of treating humans as machines aiming to succeed. The author claims that business language and politi-cal language are related with this phenomenon, which can be also seen as a sign of colonization of intimacy.
