Summary/Abstract: Various approaches to transformation of the anthropological structure of Africa during the Holocene period are discussed. A hypothetical situation for the period prior to the end of the last glaciation and early Holocene and subsequent migrationsis presented. Methodological difficulties and deficiencies in source materials are emphasized. The geographical and typological approach are used. The Chamitization process is presented in detail.
