Summary/Abstract: In the article was discussed all of the aspects of billing the outsourcing service in the formula of remuneration for the result. An attempt to assess the popularity of the success fee formula in advisory services was discussed on the example of the commercial real estate sector. The following key factors were brought up of selection such method of outsourcing billing as: responsibility, quality, trust, effectiveness and durability of implemented consul¬ting projects. The undertaking of this issue results from the conviction of the significant impact of the choice of the formula of cooperation, and the adoption of activities by the principals and the effectiveness of the tasks carried out by the contractors. The author of the report base on her twenty years of professional experience related to real estate market services and an interview carried out on a group of 15 entrepreneurs, which confirm the relationship between the outsourcing service payment method in the form of success fee and the implementation and as a consequence the result.
