Action research is connected with schools’ daily life. The problems opened in this context are of ethical character: is the right to use research tools, use of research findings in accordance with ethics, or is it a threat? Research on children in a learning process is an unanswered ethical problem: teachers need and require a lot of information about children for their work, they have to obtain it via transparent manner. The aim is to find an optimal way for child´s support. Is it ethical to use these data also for research and generalisation? Who is responsible for conducting research in school, researcher, school, teachers or parents? On the other hand, science needs to work with real data to generalize knowledge 13
