Summary/Abstract: This article addresses the analysis of the specific conditions of Translation of the customs legislation terms from Russian language into Polish language. This analysis was conducted on the basis of the text of the Custom Code of the Customs Union as well as the prepared Russian-Polish dictionary of the terms related to the customs issues. The said issue should be viewed in two terms: of the incorrect choice of equivalents in bilingual dictionaries as well as the translation of any new terms that appeared in the text of the Custom Code of the Customs Union.
