Summary/Abstract: On the basis of the analysis of the political action of Jarosław Kaczyński, the author stated that until now the leader of PiS did not realized the strategic objective – the “new state”. Once in 2005 he realized the initial (tactical) and indirect objectives. But still he could not make real strategic objective. But now in 2015 the boundary conditions of the strategic objective are much better than in 2005. But if the leader of the PiS can handle it and realize his ideal strategic objective? In opinion of the author the issue is open.
