Summary/Abstract: The present text focuses on highlights of the theory and history of the “skaz” in Zapryan Kozlodzhov's studies “The Narrator. Approach to his interpretation” (1994) and “The literary skaz and its manifestations in Bulgarian prose” (1998/2018). Through these two books, the researcher presents an depth and complete scientific paradigm on the skaz narrative model in native narratology.
