Summary/Abstract: The main purpose of this report is to review the mergers and the acquisitions in the Bulgarian logistics sector for the past two years which would be base for determining trends in the sector. Mergers and acquisitions are relatively new phenomena in the Bulgarian logistics. Traditionally the mergers and acquisitions market in Bulgaria is driven by international investors’ interests. According to 2019 data, Bulgaria sees rise in mergers and acquisitions with deals reaching USD927 billion on a country level. The logistics industry is developing at increasing pace and with record rise in the business through outsourcing which makes the sector even more appealing to the foreign investors.
