Summary/Abstract: The fourth translation of Bolesław Leśmian’s Russian-language poems published in 2017 is a testimony of unflagging interest in his poetic works. A polemic between Jacek Trznadel and Seweryn Pollak that took place in the literary review “Twórczość” in 1961–1962 was a starting point for the analysis of Leśmian’s and Iwaszkiewicz’s poems written in Russian. Moreover, the author of the article develops a parallel Bolesław Leśmian – Aleksander Błok.
