Summary/Abstract: The benefits of globalization of international relations are obvious, but the results are not distributed fairly. It is most profitable for strong economies that, by all means and methods, promote and spread "liberal" values and models of socio-economicdevelopment in all regions of the world. These are some of the reasons many developingcountries are actively opposed to globalization. In connection with this selfish approach, the movement of antiglobalists is widespread in developed countries. This created the need to improve the international mechanism for regulating world processes and international economic relations.
