Summary/Abstract: In the present study, in the light of the economic analysis of law approach, the economic effects of the introduction of the anti-cross contract into the pledge of movable property were sought and revealed. The effectiveness of the contract on the allocation of scarce resources in the pledge of movable property is evaluated. De lege ferenda proposals have been made.
