Summary/Abstract: Human health is certainly a fundamental necessity for the progress of civilization. On the other hand, medical care for the population is a legal obligation on national, European and global levels. Hence there is an obviously big interest in this activity and in the great financial efforts for the development of scientific research. Although progress over time led to a high level of performance in medicine, which resulted in a steady increase in average life expectancy of the population ‒ there is still a huge gap between the general technological development of human civilization and medicine. Especially in the context of multiple inherent dysfunctions in the socio-economic and psycho-social life of the XXI century, medicine involves a new, more logical and more complex approach.
