Summary/Abstract: As of the written history, it is seen that only 270 years of the last 3000 years did not experience war. This situation reveals the fact that human history is actually the history of wars. The mass wars that took place at the point of sharing lands and scarce resources have been one of the main causes of migration movements, one of the most painful realities of human history. Because the members of the state that lost the war or a society that was tried to be subjected to genocide had to take shelter in another state in the hope of surviving and being safe.
