Summary/Abstract: From past to present people have left their country and taken shelter in another for various reasons. Information is to be found concerning refugees even in some documents dating back to ancient time. Regulations have been found in historic aztec documents as to how to protect from immigration. Similar regulations were also present in Roman Empire and Medieval Europe.
