Summary/Abstract: In 2015, more than 1 million refugees were destined to the European borders, considering the mortal journey. The migration and refugee movement triggered by international and civil wars covers ever-expanding geographies. The Syrian war and persistent terrorist movements and political disorder in the Middle East regions have increased forced migration rate.Immigrants and refugees have created serious economic, security and demographic problems for countries that open their borders to them. Determining the refugee status through internal regulations in every state has caused serious status problems. The refugee crisis in Europe has determined that a single definition of status should be made under international law and the conditions required for status should be connected to a single level system and become valid for all states.
