Summary/Abstract: The movement of migration has existed throughout of the Earth in the course of the history. Spain as a member of the EU (European Union) countries is always alluring especially for people living in Latin America and MENA (Middle East and North Africa) Region. The migrants which want to migrate the Europe Continent use three ways of migration. That is why three countries have key importance among the migration routes, which are Greece, Italy and the last but not the least Spain. But, Spain is more different than Italy and Greece. Spain shows more tolerance than others. Also, in the matter of diversity of integration policies and the issue of acquisition of citizenship Spain is better than other EU countries. The study tries to examine the migration policy of Spain. By doing this, it is separated two main titles. First of all, general framework of migration definition is drawn, then the migration movements towards Spain are presented. Finally, migration policies of Spain are dealt with details.
