Summary/Abstract: This article focuses on the description of linguistic and pragmatic skills. Some definitions of the praiseworthy speech are presented and the classification criteria are also addressed. Three practical activities are proposed, which will be used in English classes as a foreign language with the correct use in speech and the act of speaking praise.
