Summary/Abstract: Criminality as a social and legal phenomenon tends to be generalized. Anti-social behavior has no legal gender differences and they are condemned in the same way, depending on the gravity of the offence. The social and psychological impact of the criminal activity, on the other hand, gives the differences and the severity of the individual and general repercussions inside the affected environment. Although feminine criminality has lower rates, it tends to cover a larger area of severe and brutal felonies with higher impact. In this paper, we intend to analyze gender-dependent characteristics, environmental factors, psychological and physiological elements of female anti-social behavior and a woman’s road to becoming an offender, most often, from the status of familial and social dysfunctional ambiance.
