Summary/Abstract: Differentiated procedures in the criminal process have been no longer a novelty, representing among other things an effective tool in promoting the criminal policy of the state. At the same time, we cannot overlook the fact that, in addition to the basic purpose of these proceedings, their impact affects the entire criminal process. For these reasons the introduction of new differentiated procedures or the modification of the mechanism of the existing ones, is impossible without taking into account all the elements of the criminal process, some aspects of which we have set out to analyze
