- Summary/Abstract:Historically, the approach to suicide has come to an extreme, from civil and religious convictions, to purely pathological evaluations. In Moldova, it has become the most pressing issue that requires immediate intervention as it is influenced by the fact that many parents go to work abroad, thus multiplying the disintegrated families that lead to the lack of emotional support, to frequent family conflicts and lead to social and communication isolation of the teenager. The aim of this research is to determine the correlation between dysfunctional families and the high risk of teenage suicide, as well as to develop a model of family counseling in psychointervention with the families of adolescents with increased suicide risk

- Summary/Abstract:In our research we proceed from the reality that the artistic activity differs much from other human activities through its ontological specifics, which requires taking into account the opportunities and challenges that arise in individual potential manifestation of the child, act that expresses by transposing the theoretical prescriptions into practical actions indisputable by the presence of emotional-affective reactions, by developing projects and logistical maps of action, is not waiting for certain stimuli coming from outside, but by enhancing the artistic intentions and decisions of child – subjects of education. In the process of artistic perception in instructive and formative actions is identified with the educative action itself. The considerable weight rests on the participative state kid to the design, development and evaluation/self-evaluation (through prescription of individual behavioural maps, anticipating practical actions, varying operations, performing the tasks by choosing the optimal variants for solving) and the dynamics of professional competence of teachers to achieve gradually the theoretical design process and practical actuating, by identifying educational content and valuable actions, diagnosing the individual resources, planning, forming hypotheses, sequential and final evaluation

- Summary/Abstract:The article reveals some aspects specific to the international assessments of PISA (Program for International Student Assessment) and the dimensions of educational policies in the Republic of Moldova. Literacy and student achievement at the age of 15, as well as analysis of resources invested in education from the perspective of training quality. During 2009-2020, several guidelines and reforms were implemented in the Republic of Moldova regarding the doctrine and essence of the education system. Examining the historical course (2000), the OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) regularly organizes international evaluations within the program for the evaluation of students. Samples of students aged between 15 and 16, who have completed a certain school year, from different countries of the world, participate in this test, which aims to establish, on an evaluation scale rated at 1000 points, the level literacy ("literacy: the ability to read and write; skills or knowledge in a particular field")

- Summary/Abstract:The incitement to a crime by a member of the judiciary body, and then blaming it on the perpetrator, is, par excellence, an illegal proceeding or, in other words, the denial of a fair trial itself. The most commonly used varieties of incitement actions can be found in practice in combination with certain complex fables, representing an integral process that initially, by its essence, has certain criteria that indicate the violation of the law on special investigative activity. Incitement, facilitating or encouraging the person to commit the crime is a prejudicial action, and regardless of the reasons that determined these actions or the purpose pursued, it cannot be admitted. Thus, in the criminal proceedings, the data obtained by incitement, facilitating or encouraging the person to commit the crime cannot be admitted as evidence and, therefore, are excluded from the file, as they cannot be presented in court or serve as basis for the sentence or other court decisions

- Summary/Abstract:International legal cooperation by law enforcement institutions is based on international agreements, bilateral or multilateral, concluded with other states, as well as on the ratification of international conventions, which regulate a number of legal institutions with applicability in preventing and combating violent crimes. At present, the effective way to combat cross-border and transnational crime must involve a regional and international dimension, in addition to the national dimension, through the united convergent action of the judiciary bodies in all countries. Although most states have laws to combat crime and punish perpetrators, they prove being insufficient to effectively and efficiently counter the phenomenon of transnational crime, as combating crime at the national level, however competent, remains an action with limited influence opposed to the international character of the phenomenon

- Summary/Abstract:The strict observance of the provisions of the law in the process of examining criminal cases in court is of particular importance in order to raise the quality of judicial investigation at the current stage. However, in this range of complex issues, the observance of each norm of CPC RM becomes important regardless of whether it is assigned to the category of guarantees regarding the rights of the injured party or the defendant, at the order of certain procedural actions to be taken in the judicial investigation (to which the hearing is also assigned). The hearing is the basic means of proof in the judicial investigation. It is in the process of hearing that important information of an evidentiary nature is obtained. The legal conduct of the hearing depends, to a large extent, on the skillful conduct of the judicial investigation. In the content of this article, through the use of standard rules and legal norms, an attempt was made to determine, from a theoretical and practical point of view, the forms, techniques and specifics of the hearing act within the judicial investigation

- Summary/Abstract:The Code of Civil Procedure as a framework law of the civil process enshrines the concrete ways of defending / realizing the patrimonial and non-patrimonial civil rights violated or contested. At the current stage of evolution of the Civil and Civil Procedural Normative System, it has undergone a series of substantive changes, being brought essential changes to both the Material Law and the Procedural Rules. With the entry into force of the new amendments to the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure, which significantly reformed the stage of preparation of the case for judicial debates and brought a series of clarifications in relation to the stage of court debates, in the practice of national courts, in within the Civil Procedure, a number of difficulties were identified in the application of the new rules, such as the admissibility of evidence, the administration of new evidence submitted, omitting the stage of preparation for judicial debates. Based on the fact that the existence of a correct and uniform judicial practice represents benefits both for the activity of the courts and for the litigants, the conduct of research in relation to the identified problems represents current priorities for action

- Summary/Abstract:In der Republik Moldau, wie in den meisten post-sowjetischen Ländern, wurde der Übergang von dem Sozialversicherungssystem des Bng-Typs zu der Bismarck- Sozialversicherung von der Wirtschaftskrise, der Minderung des Pro-Kopf-Einkommens und der Beschäftigungsrate, des Wachstums der Armutsquote stark beeinflusst- Phänomene, die einen massen- und dauerhaften Charakter erzielten. Diese Faktoren regten die nationale Legislative und Exekutive an, das sowjetische Sozialversicherungssystem in dem Zusammenhang eines akuten Haushaltsdrucks und Mangels an finanziellen Ressourcen zu reformieren. Der vorliegende Artikel enthält eine durchgeführte Studie mit dem Ziel, die Effektivität der Sozialversicherungsgarantien, bereitgestellt an Personen, die ihren Sozialversicherungsträger verloren haben, auszuwerten, als auch die positiven und negativen Aspekte bezüglich der Durchsetzung dieses Rechts zu identifizieren sowie maßgeschneiderte Vorschläge für die geltende Gesetzgebung zu umreißen

The qualification of illicit acts is a complex creative cognitive process, which requires competence not only in the field of legal sciences, but also abilities to operate with certain philosophical categories. In order for the qualification process to be carried out correctly, it is important that law enforcement officials make a clear distinction between the ontological, gnoseological and axiological aspects of the investigation of harmful phenomena, so as not to confuse what “is” (ontic) with what “must”. be‖ (deontic)

- Summary/Abstract:During 2018-2020, the insolvency institute was marked by three legislative waves, both at procedural and conceptual level. These new regulations have led to relevant legal revisions and additions and, in some places, repeals of some rules governing this institute. The latest amendments, which came in force on 14 November 2020, concerned approximately 90 articles of the Insolvency Law and were based on an extensive analysis of the activity of the courts as well as of the professionals in the field. In this article, we aim to point out the most relevant changes to Insolvency Law in the last three years and to analyze the first effects of these changes
