Summary/Abstract: Current national practices on barrier-free and social inclusion in some foreign countries are discussed. A brief description of the relevant program documents is given, their general methodology, interrelation with European and international acts are outlined. An overview of some measures in the areas of social, economic, civic, physical and digital accessibility, as well as universal infrastructure design, which can be tested in Ukraine.
