Summary/Abstract: NATO space policy, backed by the development of necessary command structures and satellite systems, helps strengthen the ability to conduct collective defence missions. The implementation of this policy will require investment in new high-capacity satellites. Poland may obtain optimal conditions for the development of its own satellite capabilities by using cooperation within NATO and the mechanisms of the European Union.
