Summary/Abstract: In 2011 six thousand Belarusians were refused entry to the EU. By the total number of refusals to enter the European Union, Belarus is among the leading countries, following Albania, Ukraine, Russia and Serbia. As a result of the analysis of cases of refusal to enter the EU to citizens of Belarus in 2006-2011, the following conclusions were presentedf in this paper-
