Summary/Abstract: The public opinion survey, which was carried out by CeSID and Propulsion with the support of USAID Serbia, was conducted in the period between August 25 and September 10, 2020, in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without Kosovo and Metohija. The research was conducted on a representative sample of 1,198 citizens between the ages of 12 and 60. A questionnaire formed in cooperation with the client, consisting of 112 questions, was used as a research instrument. The interviewing of citizens was conducted using the "face-to-face" technique, direct contact with the interviewee. During the training of the interviewers, the instructors insisted on the implementation and observance of two very important rules that, apart from the sample itself, significantly affect the representativeness of the research - respect for steps and the rule of the first birthday. Following the steps ensures that the interviewer comprehensively covers the entire research point, while the first birthday rule excludes the possibility that only those citizens who open the door to the interviewer first answer the questionnaire. Namely, the interviewer was required to interview the person in the household whose first birthday is the day of the visit. Thus, gender, educational and age representativeness of the respondents was ensured.
