Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to point out some issues that are often raised in administrative procedure and in deciding on rights and obligations of citizens and other persons in administrative matters in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Therefore, the author analyses rules of administrative procedure concerning the representation of parties in the administrative procedure and also points to irregularities related to the unreasonable requesting of verification of authorization and the consequences arising therefrom.
