Summary/Abstract: The author analyzes the specifics of disciplinary procedure in relation to criminal and misdemeanor proceedings, in the context of the principle ne bis in idem. Development of the related practice of the European Court of Human Rights, ranging from the judgment Zolotukhin to the judgment A. and B., is also discussed. The author points out that a parallel disciplinary procedure is not automatically excluded after the criminal or misdemeanor judgment.
