Summary/Abstract: Paper elaborates general legal regulation of the administrative contracts in the Republic of Croatia. It indicates omissions of the legal regulation of the administrative contracts in general as well as in the specific administrative areas. Further, it warns on few examples of uncoordinated legal solutions between general and specific legal regulation. Finally, it proposes several necessary legislative actions that are prerequisite of the complete application of that very important legal institute.
