Summary/Abstract: The progress of negotiations indicates that the Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) for 2021–2027 will be more closely linked to new challenges for the EU in the areas of climate, migration, digitisation, and security. The implementation of funding in these areas at the expense of traditional allocations do not conform to Poland’s interests; however, the planned “just energy transition” fund is an opportunity for additional revenue.
