Short Description
The Scientific Magazine „Arta”, the unique publication in the Republic of Moldova dedicated to the various aspects of the arts studies, follows the policy of the ethic in scientific publications according to the Code of Editorial Ethic proposed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), in order to prevent scientific misconduct, to maintain the scientific quality of the manuscripts submitted to the editorial board assuming its responsibility to readers, and to meet the needs of readers and authors. The editorial board of the journal „ARTA”, regards as unacceptable the various forms of plagiarism, forgery, fraud, repeated or „surplus” publishing (i.e. submission of previously published material to the journal), the violation of the principles of authorship, and other forms of scientific misconduct that do not correspond to the policy of ethics in scientific publications and damage the scientific credibility of the material in submitted manuscripts.
Scientific Magazine ARTA has open access. This means that the materials published in the journal are available free to readers. Open access supposes that readers are allowed to download, quote, distribute by respecting the copyright – indicating the sources and authors for quotations, without permission of the editorial board and authors.
The author(s) retain publishing rights without restrictions.
The journal is reviewed (each article is reviewed by two reviewers and discussed at the meetings of the editorial board).
Manuscripts that do not meet the principles of editorial politics of the scientific ethic will be rejected.
