Short Description
Sjani is a Georgian Annual peer-reviewed International Journal for Georgian Philology, Literature, Literary Theory, Criticism, Culture and Aesthetics edited by Rustaveli Institute of Georgian Literature of the Academy of Sciences. Sjani was established in 2000, but from 2005 it became an International Publication, opened for the scholars all over the world, who are interested in the close scientific contacts with Georgia. Sjani accepts contributions by non-Georgian authors. Contributions may be written in English, French, German or Russian Sjani is a first expression of the desire of Georgian literary school to be integrated in the worldwide philological dialogue without the boarders.
