Short Description
The journal Historical Future is the key means for realization and dissemination of the Clio Association's ideas. It came into life as a result of the financial support of the Open Society Foundation-Sofia. Since 1997 it has been published twice a year. In compliance with the basic principles of our editorial policy, we give priority to contributions which focus on: 1/ the interdisciplinary approach which combines various methods of research in order to study history in its inherent diversity; 2/ the analysis of historic events and their co-relation in space and time rather, than a narrative-driven presentation of historical facts; 3/ new interpretation of well-known facts which is based on innovative methods of research; 4/ topics that have hitherto remained outside the scope of interest of professional historians. We expect our contributors to submit articles which are well- researched and based on solid argumentation.
