Мифологические и христианские архетипы в романах Дж. Роулинг о Гарри Поттере
The sources and ways by which the mythological and Christian archetypes penetrate into J.K. Rowlingʼs creativity and fantasy literature are defined in the article. The main subject of analysis is the Christian archetypes in J.K. Rowlingʼs novels about Harry Potter. The Christian archetypes in J.K. Rowlingʼs novels about Harry Potter are disclosed by revealing the semantic parallels between the images and motifs of J.K. Rowlingʼs novels (mainly Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows) and the elements of the Christian view of the world, implemented in biblical and patristical texts, Christian anthropology, Orthodox theological, iconographic tradition. The author reveals in J.K. Rowlingʼs novels the episodes, where the mythological and Christian archetypes are superimposed on each other. J.K. Rowlingʼs novels about Harry Potter contain the characteristics of fantasy literature and ontological realism simultaneously, that can be explained by examining the J.K. Rowlingʼs works in the context of mythological realism and Christian realism.
