Estudio comparativo a través del diagnóstico administrativo en micro empresas familiares del giro industrial
In this study, an administrative diagnosis was made of three family microenterprises belonging to the industrial sector, with the objective of identifying their areas of opportunity to propose improvement proposals that would allow them to position themselves in the market and have greater permanence in it. The study carried out is descriptive and exploratory; instruments designed by different authors were applied to diagnose each phase of the administrative process in each of the organizations under study, which are three family microenterprises located in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora, belonging to the industrial sector: the first of them is dedicated to the manufacture of hot-dog carts; the second to the elaboration of diverse types of bread and the third to the elaboration of products for the fishing. The procedure applied is that proposed by Franklin [2007], obtaining as main findings the lack of formally established plans, as well as the lack of an adequate organizational structure for its proper functioning, in addition to little motivation for employees, among others. The proposals made are the formalization of its philosophical platform, in addition to formalizing its functions and having an incentive plan for its employees, which will allow its permanence in the market.
