Following the entry into force of the Minister of National Education Order no. 3131/2018 on inclusion in education plans, for all university studies programs organized in higher education institutions in the national education system, of ethics and academic integrity courses, it was necessary to conceive and publish a set of didactic materials specially designed for doctoral students. As a result, I elaborated a university course that is accompanied by a seminar notebook, both teaching materials being designed to allow familiarizing of the doctoral students with the rules of ethics, deontology and integrity in academic activity and scientific research and thus developing a culture of responsibility in preventing, identifying and combating of potential academic frauds, especially plagiarism.

Purpose of Article. The article deals with analyzing the state of publication activity of Ukrainian scientists in prestigious international journals, the rating of Ukrainian periodicals in bibliographic scientific literature databases and offers methods of strengthening the authority of Ukrainian science. Мethodology. The methodology of study provides a systematic approach and principle of moving from abstract to concrete. Scientific Novelty. The novelty of the research consists in expanding the list of methods for improving an international rating of domestic scientific institutions, universities, and scientists. Ways of scientific publications promotion into the global scientific and information space were offered. The author’s practical educational book “Scientific Research Basics: Competitive Presentation Of Creative Activity Results” was presented.

The purpose of the article is to formulate the conceptual foundations for the functioning of scientific journals in the conditions integration into the international information space. The methodology suggests the use of a number of general scientific methods: logical analysis, generalization, grouping, and systematization, comparison, generalization, and stratification. Application of analytical and synthetic allows the content analysis of the information resources of the leading science-computer databases to formulate and systematize the general principles of the organization and functioning of the scientific journal international standard. Scientific novelty of the work consists in the formation of a single generalized system conceptual principles of the organization and operation of a scientific journal to its integration into the international information space.

The Continuing Training Department of the State University of Moldova, in collaboration with the Scientific Library of the „Alecu Russo” Bălţi State University, organized two short-term courses The Basics of Library and Information Sciences and Current Trends in the Moldovan Libraries (75 hours ). There were 59 librarians from the libraries of all types, especially the territorial public in the North Zone - 15 districts and the Balti municipality. The trainers were the university librarians of Balti.

The paper presents the scale and nature of the phenomenon of diversification of agricultural holdings in Poland. Diversification of an agricultural holding mean running additional, non-agricultural activities directly related to the agricultural holding, using its resources or agricultural products. Based on CSO data from 2013 and 2016, it was stated,inter alia, that in the analyzed period the number and percentage of diversified farms increased. The frequency of occurrence of this phenomen on and the type of activity carried outdepend on the specificity of the farm, i.e. both its physical size and economic strength.

The development of energy processes within the European Union is regulated by current European legislation. The process began at the end of last century. In the 1990s, when most national markets for electricity and gas were still monopolized, the European Union and the Member States decided to gradually open those markets to competition. The first liberalization directives (first energy package) were adopted in 1996 (electricity) and 1998 (natural gas), and had to be transposed into the legal systems of the Member States by 1998 (electricity) and 2000 (natural gas). The second energy package was adopted in 2003 and its directives had to be transposed into national law by the Member States by 2004, with some provisions coming into force only in 2007. Industrial consumers and households were already able to choose their suppliers natural gas and electricity from a wider range of competitors. In April 2009, a third legislative package was adopted to further liberalize the internal market for electricity and gas, which amended the second legislative package and was a milestone for the completion of the internal energy market

BSC is the basis of a strategy-oriented organization. It is a proven tool for measuring and performance reporting. This tool translates the mission and strategy into goals and a system of measures compiled in four perspectives: financial, market, process and development. The aim of the article is to show the path to BSC, its essence, structure, way of functioning, conditions of effectiveness, benefits that BSC brings. The article uses the analysis of available literature and inference. The article is also based on the author’s own experience related to the propagation of the BSC idea and its implementation.

Traditional education is nowadays replaced by modern forms of teaching and learning tailored to suit a variety of needs and organized so that knowledge can be delivered and gained in a shorter time than before.Many businesses became interested in providing employees with courses tailored to meet their needs and developed computer networks; it become obvious these networks put a number of problems related to cost and feasibility. Therefore, learning began to use public or private services that had advantages related not only to their reduced cost, but also to their capacity to store and share information. ESP courses followed the trend and began to use services such as Google Apps, Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services.This paper presents the advantages of cloud-computing for language learning, using the example of Dropbox as a method of personal cloud storage and a means to share course outlines, bibliography and academic requirements.
