We will deal with the elements of postmodernism in the novel City in the mirror by Mirko Kovač. The analysis will be based on intertextual aspects, that is, one of the intertextual phenomena-phenomena of citationality. Accordingly, we will deal with the problem of literary and cultural memory, with special emphasis on the functioning of mirrors and photographs as forms of heterotopia. The object of attention will be the separation of topics with characteristics of postmodernism in the text Sity in the mirror: dehumanization of personality; evil (zoophilia, incest, pedophilia ...) and its influence on characters and chronotop; displaying universal contradictions of reality that cannot be completely separated.

Kada Enciklopedija Jugoslavije (Zagreb 1955, I, 106) u Andriću vidi “potomka” jedne “sitnozanatlijske porodice malih kujundžija”, čije je “proletarizovanje” utjecalo na njegovo “osećajno razumevanje maloga čoveka i sirotinjskih nevolja”, neko bi možda doveo u pitanje ovu uzročnu vezu, ali ne i okolnost, da je Andrić imao duboko razumijevanje za malog i deklasiranog čovjeka. O tome svjedoči cijeli kabinet figura: Ćorkan (“Ćorkan i Švabica”, 1921, Na Drini ćuprija, 1945), Mara (“Mara Milosnica”, 1926), Mile Prelac (“Mila i Prelac”, 1936), Anica (“Zlostavljanje”, 1946), Vitomir Tasović (“San i java pod Grabićem”, 1946), Siman (“Priča o kmetu Simanu”, 1948), Ibro (“Snopići”, 1948) itd.

MEŠA SELIMOVIĆ U MEĐUKULTURNOM PROSTORU

S osloncem na vlastita međuknjiževna istraživanja i koncept interkulturne povijesti književnosti, dovodi se u vezu jezično-kulturni, književni prostor, sa širim geografskim i političkim prostorom. Interkulturni pristup nam omogućava da razmišljamo o djelu i djelovanju Meše Selimovića (romani, ali i esejistika, razgovori i sl.) na dvije razine: na “nivou simboličkoga posredovanja”, kada književnost sudjeluje u predstavljanju svijeta jedne zajednice, kao i na razini svijeta “kulturnog posredovanja”, kada pisac nameće “prisustvo strane stvarnosti u drugoj kulturi” koja je njegova (Daniel-Henri Pageaux). S obzirom na aktualni prostorni obrat u humanističkim znanostima, u radu se monokulturni prostor Nurudinove tekije Selimovićeva romana Derviš i smrt pobliže tumači u odnosu na međukulturne prostore vezane uz Hasanova putovanja i lutanja.

MODELI GRAĐANSTVA U ROMANU TVRĐAVA MEŠE SELIMOVIĆA

Tvrđava Meše Selimovića objavljena je prije nekih četrdeset godina. Mada je uvijek živjela u sjeni slavnijeg romana Derviš i smrt, objavljenog četiri godine ranije, Tvrđava je snažan roman, a kao i svi veliki romani zaslužuje ponovno iščitavanje iz različitih uglova. Za ovu konferenciju bih se želio usmjeriti na različite načine kroz koje roman razmatra složene odnose pojedinca i moderne države, tj., načine na koje roman analizira pitanja građanstva. Kad kažem moderna država, pod tim prvenstveno podrazumijevam onu vrstu polutotalitarne države kakva je Jugoslavija bila u Selimovićevo doba, ali općenito i sve moderne države, koje na razne načine pokušavaju organizirati i kontrolirati svakodnevne živote i misli svojih građana. To što tvrdim da roman ima nešto konkretno da kaže o modernoj državi čitaoce može iznenaditi iz dva razloga. Prvi je to da je ovaj roman postavljen kao historijski, smješten u Bosni osamnaestog vijeka, što ne bi išlo u prilog ovakvom gledanju. Drugi je da postoji univerzalističko tumačenje romana koje je dao sam Selimović, koji nudi u “napomeni autora” uz Tvrđavu (“Tvrđava je svaki čovjek, svako društvo, svaka država, svaka ideologija”).

Finský kolotoč čedomira cvetkoviće

Čedomir Cvetković (1925-2014), a prominent Yugoslav diplomat as well as one of the first Serbs to speak Finnish, was instrumental in the significant development of Serbian-Finnish relations. Whether it was creating the Serbian-Finnish association or free Finnish lessons in Serbia (Belgrade, Obrenovac). As an expert on Swedish and Finnish language, he participated in many meetings of Yugoslav and Scandinavian politicians as an interpreter. He was interested in the similarities between Serbian and Finnish literature as well as all about Finnish culture. His educational activities included many lectures, seminars, studies, articles, etc., which acquainted Serbs with this Nordic country. Between 1978 and 1982, he served as a counsellor at the Yugoslav Embassy in Helsinki. Among other things, he worked as a writer as well as translator from Finnish and Swedish into Serbian. Thanks to his work, more than 10 titles by major Nordic authors were translated into Serbian.

Percepce jedince a problematika společnosti na pozadí dějinných událostí v ruském a bulharském prostředí (na příkladu děl b. Okudžavy a i. Vazova)

The subject of this research is the concept of man and society in the second half of the 19th century in the context of Russian and Bulgarian literature. The research was carried out using a historical novel by Bulat Okudzhava called “Poor Avrosimov” and a realistic novel by Ivan Vazov titled “Under the Yoke”. Both texts contain specific features caused by different environments and influences which significantly contributed to the nature of the chosen works. The basis of the research is the reflection of the society and its changes by the narrator’s view through literary-scientific and sociological methods as well as comparative analysis. Continuity of both the work and the author forms one of the central pillars in the work. Further, we came to the conclusion that the historiosophical element fulfils an essential function in the works; it is necessary to remember significant historical events and to observe the movement of society as well as influences that affect the life of man. This way, we confirmed that literature fulfils its educational function, which the author greatly contributes to himself.

Tvůrčí psaní a literární výchova

Tvořivost chapeme jako aktivitu, jejimž vysledkem je originalni, společensky přinosny, hodnotny produkt. Produkt tvůrči činnosti – předmětne či mentalni povahy –, kteryslouži egoistickym, podmanitelskym, nehumannim cilům a na ukor druheho člověka, je moralně pochybeny a eticky nepřijatelny. Humanně jednajici tvůrce využiva svou kreativitu k tvořeni pozitivnich vystupů. Ma zodpovědnost za svůj tvůrči produkt. – Ihned se nam vybavi namitka, že přece mnoho vynalezů je zneuživano pro agresivni, manipulativni, uzurpatorske cile. Tvůrce mnohdy jen vložil svou vynalezavost a fantazii do služeb někoho, kdo mu za vynalezani, objevovani a tvořeni zaplatil. Neni vinou tvůrce, ktery tvoři dle vlastniho nadani a vědomi co nejlepši pozitivni produkt, že jeho dilo je zneužito k destruktivnim učelům. – Neni to ani vina kreativni vychovy. Je ovšem povinnosti teoretika a učitele kreativni vychovy upozornit žaka, studenta, tvůrce na zodpovědnost za svou tvůrči činnost. Učitel má naučit žáka vytvářet pozitivně vnímatelné a eticky pozitivně hodnocené produkty.

Veacul trecut, veac al ideologiilor, n-a împins atât de departe implicarea încât să șteargă fragila graniță dintre politician și scriitor. Chiar și în ipostaza de profesioniști ai revoluției, scriitorii secolului al nouăsprezecelea n-au renunțat la privilegiul meseriei: „răsturnători ai vechii ordini” deveniseră din întâmplare, scriitori erau prin vocație. Преходът – трийсет години след началото. Резултати от една анкета

Based on a survey carried out in 2020, the article aims to explore and explain the complex character of the transformations in Bulgarian society after the fall of the Communist regime in 1989. The analysis focuses on a ten-year period of Bulgarian history whose social, demographic, economic and political changes are regarded as important preconditions for the cultural specificity of Bulgaria’s Transition. Among the important emphases in the study are the people’s conception of historically marked time through their individual biographies, as well as the construction of memories of personal experience by inscribing major political events into them, followed by their alignment on the general social plane. Other key results from the survey relate to the films and books favoured by the Bulgarians, the horizon of reception determining their choice, preferred kinds of music and the formation of a common musical culture. Of interest to the study is also the language of the media and the mechanisms of their transformation into an integral element in the formation among the Bulgarians of expectations, attitudes and conceptions of themselves and the world, and the establishment of the latter in the public discourse. In addition, attention is paid to certain phenomena in the domain of culture, such as pop folk songs, TV soaps and telenovelas, which enjoyed immense popularity and wide circulation.

Závěry z výzkumu identifikace dětí s literárním dílem a divadelním představením

Struktura uměleckého díla zahrnuje celou řadu dílčích prvků, kterými může recipient postupně proniknout, aby dosáhl plného porozumění a přijetí. Každé dílo je zcela unikátní, a proto i tento proces identifikace čtenáře či divadelního diváka je naprosto ojedinělý. Lze však nalézt určité průsečíky, které jsou pro dané dílo a recepci uměleckého díla charakteristické. Příspěvek se zaměřuje na závěrečné poznatky plynoucí z výzkumu identifikace dětských čtenářů a dětského divadelního publika. Vychází z disertačního projektu s tématem identifikace dítěte mladšího školního věku s literárním dílem a divadelním představením.

Vybrané aspekty literárního díla a jejich recepce dětským čtenářem: výsledky výzkumu dětského čtenářství formou skupinové diskuze

Výzkum recepce literárního díla dětským čtenářem zahrnuje množství metodologických přístupů, kterými je možné tento fenomén zkoumat. Každé dítě vyžaduje svůj specifický způsob vyjádření, jenž je pro něj vlastní a přirozený. Jedním z možných výzkumných nástrojů při výzkumu recepce dětského čtenářství je neodmyslitelně skupinová diskuze, nabízející otevřený prostor pro vyjádření. Tento nástroj přinesl řadu významných informací konkretizujících vnímání a přijetí literárního díla dětským čtenářem. Cílem příspěvku je nabídnout čtenáři dílčí výsledky výzkumu dětského čtenářství, a to na základě využité výzkumné metody skupinové diskuze. Výzkumné aktivity jsou součástí disertačního projektu autora příspěvku zaměřeného na identifikaci dítěte mladšího školního věku s literárním a divadelním dílem. Příspěvek předkládá výsledky skupinové diskuze z hodin čtení literárního díla Lewise Carrolla Za zrcadlem a co tam Alenka našla, provedeného u žáků třetí třídy základní školy.

Howard Jacobson´s Novels in the Context of Contemporary British Jewish Literature

The novelist Howard Jacobson, who received the 2010 Booker Prize for The Finkler Question, has often been characterized as the ""British Philip Roth"",although he himself prefers to be viewed as the ""Jewish Jane Austen"". This monograph concludes that both comparisons may be used to comment on various features of Jacobson's oeuvre. Like Roth, Jacobson tends to focus on male Jewish protagonists and intimate relations between the sexes. Like Austen, he portrays a certain social class, whether it be the British Jewish minority or the social world of British writers and university professors. Apart from reflecting on the tension between Britishness and Jewishness as inseparable aspects of his characters' identities, Jacobson's novels contribute to the traditions of British and Jewish humour.
