Towards a case study

Summary/Abstract: This article aims to analyze how the Project Management (PM) has adapted from classical models to the digitization process at a time when the public services are increasingly applying the principles of e-government. The article aims to conduct a qualitative applied analysis of how the project management - seen as a possible service - can function by applying the digital tool ASANA in the project management process, in order to pursue the advantages and the disadvantages of its applicability and try to integrate them into the general theory of project management.
