Summary/Abstract: This article aims, based on a constructionist analysis, to identify if at the public administration level there is a subjective dimension of the realities of the public space. This article identifies the subjective dimension of the administration' with the perception of individuals involved in decision-making process, by operationalizing the four myths of modernity: the myth of the savior, the myth of the golden age, the myth of the conspiracy and the unity myth – at the administrative level and aims to identify if there is a dynamics of them in the administrative institutions, at the groups of institutions.
